Dana (Moderator for SC) has been very helpful to me, as well as pretty much everyone else who is active here on the forums. This is a great site with a lot of great people willing to help.

On 11/16/07 we trenched roughly 500' in order to get power down to site. The majority of the 4' deep 18" wide trench went well... with the exception of a 20 to 30-foot section where the sandstone was just too hard to dig. There we were only able to get to a depth of 3'. Water meter and temporary electrical pole have been set. Power company thinks they can get the lines in trench and transformer set early next week. A few pics are included.
