I would think that a product like this could cause some problems where items need to be fastened to the sheathing alone. It isn't always easy to find a stud where you want it. Just a thought. 

Also, I would want to know how it holds up to drastic humidity. I remember when Masonite came out, many decades ago. It was touted as a great product, but years later, people's houses were literally rotting from water and humidity penetration. I, personally, would want to wrap this product, just to be sure.

Would code allow for placing the wiring inside some conduit? Then you can fish it out if needed.

I am going to build in Polk County, TX. I am originally a New Yorker, living in Arizona. So, I am not familiar with the effects of the heavy humidity levels in Texas. Has anyone here had problems with mold seeping into their foam insulation?

I am thinking about doing the closed-cell foam spraying myself, in the wall cavities. Would like to know if it is common to run your electrical wires through electrical nonmetallic tubing (ENT) conduit before spraying? After all, it is petroleum based.

In Walker County, the FEMA flood level limit has been set to 210'. My property roughly sits at 204' - 206' (got a prelim from my plat map surveyor), so I am building on 8' piers to be safe and make sure that I never get flooded out (as if that is a problem this year!).

Another way that you can try to find out where your elevation is, would be to see if one of your neighbors got an LOMC:
