Villa Di Capri

My wife and I are just getting dialed in to the OB scene but to get you all caught up to where we are presently. Our architectural plans have been approved and we are currently at the final days for approval for us to pull our grading permits. We had some last minute unexpected hurdles with the fire department agency and it has been fulfilled and we hope to have the grading permit before Friday of this week.  We have been in the planning of this project for the last 2 years we bought 1.20 acres in hacienda heights adn then hired an architect who designed us a beautiful three story Italian Tuscany Dream Home- perhaps Mansion by some standards. We have been collecting bids from Generals and sub contractors to get a feel for prices and we spend much time driving by nearby projects in search of good references. If anyone out there has a project in the area and you have been satisfied with your Subs please email us there info along with what they did for you. The project is big and it's our first and we are enjoying every step. Hope to make some ne wfriends out there. By the way we named our home Villa Di Capri.

House specs: Total Square footage 8800 sq. ft not including 1700 square feet of balconies and a six car garage plus an outdoor cabana of 600 sq.ft

Three story House: It has all the goodies.

Beautiful view lot in Hacienda heights located in the Casa Blanca Estates

Totally useable 1.2 acres
