Just got confirmation that my "Whole Enchilada" is being shipped. Can't wait to immerse myself into all there is about becoming a O-B.
The 7 acres I plan to build on is riverfront, and has flooded twice in the last 20 years. They called the first of the two floods a "100-year flood", but after we got all cleaned up from that one, we got another. So whatever I build will have to be a minimum of 5' off the ground. Plenty of researching to do on the best way to get this done.
The picture shown is of the existing cabin on my property.
NOT what I've built. ;)

OK... just bought the Whole Enchilada, have had 7 acres in NorCal for some time now. Have been buying tools, ready to build that dream home. Just wanted to say hi!
