My name is Bill Splete, and What Mr. Ken Weber is saying is not true as it applies to me or Techbuilt Inc.  Unfortuantley it is partially true about Techbuilt Systems Inc. for I am like ken, someone who gave them money as a loan and got scammed.  I tried to help Mr. Weber to get the building installed, I was a sub-contractor of Techbuilt Systems Inc. and to date have never recieved a dollar from mr. weber or any of his partners.  I have talked with the F.B.I. about this incident and have co operated with all authorities in regard to mr. weber.  He has an absolute point about the other company, that no longer exsits, because of the way they did business.  Mr. Weber and I could not reach an agreement to finish the work.  To date he to my knowledge has sold the building in question and he did infact recieve material but they were installed by him.  I will contact Mr. Weber to express by concern about the slanderous remarks he has now made public aganinst me and tell him what my next course of action will be if it continues.  By the way this situation was very diffuclt for Mr. Weber and his partners, but I and Techbuilt Inc,. were not the cause and we have NEVER recieved any funds for the foundation work that was started on the project, If your from LA and you have built on pyllans then you know how diffucult it is, add to the fact that it was 20' in the air which the building supplier never told us about.  I went 1800 plus miles for over a week and I to never recieved what was promised.
