Clearing Land/Preplan drawing

Have begun clearing site for home footprint.  Using chainsaw and will have dozer come in for stump removal.  Have pre-plan drawing from designer and will finalize plans soon.

Have closed on former home and now living in an apartment while we get ready to start our project.  Land is paid off, so the next step will be plans that will work on our lot.

Krystal, our Real Estate agent, got us another $1,000 off the lot, so it will be $27,000. The house is still up for sale --have interested parties, but they must sell their homes first.
