We have been planning and working on a design for several months now.  We're close to finalizing our plan with our architect.  We bought our land 14 months ago.  Currently working on mechanical bids.  We also want to get two to three bids from GCs in the area.  We are using ICF for the basement and SIPs for the main level.  We prefer that a GC dry in the house and we finish.  Hope to get started before this winter.  We've been in a rental since we moved to Montana March, 2008.  I'm so tired of living out of boxes!
