I'm a Colorado native, but live right now in New Mexico, and will build in Colorado!!
So that's why I changed it to Colorado!! I think an Austrian chalet makes more sense in Colorado than New Mexico!!

| This is common, a wooden top and stucco bottom. I'm not certain what I'll do with that yet! I like stucco for fire prevention. |

My architect Mike Riscica is now doing drawings of the house from sketches I gave him months ago, and revisions I sent a few weeks ago. I'm excited and will post them here if I can put a PDF file here to look at!
I'm still working to make the money to pay for this effort as I want to have it all paid for when I build.

Hello! This is my first entry on this site!
I'm working now and plan to build a house in Colorado, 13 miles south of Leadville. This will be started when two things are done by me!
1. Re-do a bit of my house in Albuqueque, then sell it at a good price!
2. Move to Leadville, and start the final run for the house! Subs, subs and more subs, then more work and a house, I hope!
More later as the planning stage goes on!
